I think it’s safe to conclude that pink is one of the “It” hues of the decade (I think, 2016’s Pantone Color of the Year and Sketch London’s iconic pink velvet tulip chairs), with rattan being its material equivalent (at least on the bohemian front). I frequent what I have decided is my very favorite local coffee shop in North Park, San Diego, “Coffee & Flowers”: an amalgamation of hip businesses that includes the Native Poppy flower shop, Communal Coffee, and North Park Nursery. I follow several beloved designers, stylists, and shopkeepers on Instagram who have serious vintage and boho style cred. They grace my feed daily with stacks of Moroccan boucherouite pillows, found rattan baskets and peacock chairs, and plenty of bold color and patterns.
